Fit 2012

As I’m sure you’re aware, the time for New Year’s resolutions is rapidly approaching. I really hate to be America’s biggest cliche, but I’m going to have to place my fitness goals at the top of my list of resolutions. A four month long diet of pasta, gelato, and enough pesto to bathe in did no favors to my figure and I’m pumped to get back into my fitness routine.

I believe that a solid plan and measurable goals are essential to a personal plan to get in shape, but cute clothes and a pumpin’ playlist are just as vital. Ok, and looking at Sports Illustrated on a weekly basis. Yeah I said it.

I’m a huge fan of Lululemon’s running and yoga wear. I think a long run would be much more appealing if I got to do it in this adorable pullover, which is so perfectly titled the “Back on Track” pullover and the matching tights.

Here are some songs I’ve added to my workout playlist which have been getting me real revved at the gym.

1. The Temper Trap- Love Lost

2. David Guetta (featuring Sia)- Titanium

3. Tiesto- Feel It In My Bones

4. Foster the People- Pumped Up Kicks

5. Empire of the Sun- Walking on a Dream

6. Ellie Goulding- Lights

7. Maroon 5- Moves Like Jagger

8. Kings of Leon- Sex on Fire

9. Out Hud- How Long

10. Rihanna- Complicated
